A little bit about me:

I am married and live in Los Angeles with my husband Chay, our baby girl Frankie (2020 baby!) and our Vizsla puppies, Cookie and Chloe.

Growing up, I was a tomboy, and super athletic, but slowly my interest in creating cool looks and spaces emerged, I would decorate and redecorate my room. I would plan outfits while at swim practice, staring at the black line at the bottom of the pool. For me, creating curated looks and spaces goes hand in hand. I like to beautify and curate! Fashion and interior design are so similar in my mind. Playing with shapes, materials, colors. It’s so fun and I am so passionate about both.

After I graduated from college at UCLA where I played Water Polo, I knew I wanted to do something in the arts, but figured it would be acting, as I loved comedy and performing. In my pursuit, the opportunity to get signed with Wilhelmina models unexpectedly presented itself. Despite getting signed as a model to a top agency, the crtitiques given to me by casting directors and clients on my body and size wore on me, but I persisted. Up until 2020. I had been modeling and acting for a decade and loved the flexibility and creativity it provided.

Over the last six years, my husband and I had been investing in properties, and in doing so, amped up my obsession with interior design. I have always loved creating spaces that feel cool and interesting, but taking a property that is ugly, old, and lifeless and turning it into a stylish and chic space made me happier and more passionate than I can explain! Thus, my focus on interiors and design on my blog and instagram. After having my daughter Frankie during this unprecedented year with COVID turning our world upside down, I realized that I wanted to pursue interior design full time. Having a child has a way of showing you your true passions and narrowing down how you want to use your time.

The inspiration for this blog came from people inquiring about my style and engaging with me in things I love. Interiors, beauty, fashion....all things I love talking about! I love it when I get questions, so please ask away! I will respond:)!
